Return Policy

Thanks for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you received a broken one for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within three days of the purchase date. Additionally, all returned items must be proven broken on shipping.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@momentcatcher.net or hello@tlokenauake.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, please put the thing securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return. You may use the prepaid shipping label; $ 20.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipping

We offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat service. Please contact us to calculate and send the estimate for approval for international orders.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received during the day will be sent in one to three business days via our ground shipping option.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee of $30 for Canada and $50 for all other countries. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the receiver's responsibility. 

International Returns – note, due to logistics and costs. Any return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The email will contain the tracking information and a link to track your package online. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Exceptions

Only broken products are refundable; no other exceptions are allowed.

     Please note: The product must be broken to return and have a refund.

Moment catcher preferred for The United States Postal Service. If a customer requests a different method and there is a flat rate difference, the customer must pay the difference.
